
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
At Fabella Skin Therapy, I am committed to providing high-quality professional products and experiences. Because skin care products come into direct contact with the skin, I maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.
For hygienic reasons, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES once a product has been opened/used. Since I cannot guarantee its safety or purity after purchase, all product sales are final.
This policy ensures the highest level of safety, hygiene and product integrity for all my clients.
EXCEPTIONS:
• Damaged or defective: If you notice a product is damaged/defective, please contact me within 24hrs of purchase so I can assess the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
• Severe allergic reactions requiring medical assistance: If you experience a severe allergic reaction that requires medical attention, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I will review the situation and will issue any refund on a case-by-case basis.
