Not sure which facial to book? They all sound fabulous? You won't choose the "wrong facial." Schedule the one that best speaks to your priority need. I will further customize your treatment based on the initial digital skin intake form you fill out after booking.

Treatments are by appointment only and are conveniently scheduled online.
Please click the “Book Now” button from the menu options, or the bottom of this page. Select your facial, choose your appt date/time, and reserve your service.
A valid credit or debit card is necessary to reserve your appt, but will not be charged until end of service.

Upon first scheduling your appt, you received a confirmation email. Please refer to that email as it has your unique link to mange all appt information, including rescheduling.

Life is unpredictable. Please do not hesitate to reschedule your appointment if needed.
However, there is a flat $55 cancellation fee if you CANCEL WITHOUT RESCHEDULING within 24 hours of your appt.
“Chronic Reschedulers” and/or “No-Calls / No-Shows” will be charged my flat $55 cancellation fee AND may be blocked from booking future appts.

If you are unable to find a date/time to schedule an appt, you are welcome to join my waitlist. If there are cancellations or last minute openings, I will connect with you. Schedule your favorite facial through the online booking link in the Menu, and instead of selecting a day, select the “Join Waitlist” option. Then follow the prompts.

Upon scheduling an appt, you will receive a confirmation email & text with a link to my NEW CLIENT Skin Consultation/Intake Form where you share a bit about your skin. Our journey together begins with this Skin Consultation and Consent/Waiver Form and MUST BE SIGNED before your 1st facial treatment, without exception.
The NEW CLIENT consultation form is thorough, taking a few minutes, but only needs to be done once a year.

The studio is nestled in a pretty courtyard tucked back and away from Traffic Way in the Village of Arroyo Grande.
There is designated parking directly in FRONT of the building only; please do not park in side lots as these are assigned to neighboring businesses. If the front lot is full, there is ample free & safe parking on the street.

If this is your 1st visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appt to allow for extra consultation time and to settle in.

Arriving 15 minutes or later to your appointment may result in either an adjustment to your service or the need to reschedule as I do not want to run late for following clients that day. Please contact me asap if you are running late. Cancellation/reschedule policy fees may apply.

Please feel free to come as you are, with or without makeup, but be mindful that all makeup will be cleansed away during treatment.

My studio has a private changing room for your convenience. You are welcome to undress to your comfortability, but is not required. I work with the skin/muscles of your face, neck, décolleté, and occasionally arms/hands, so I prefer those areas to be free of clothing & jewelry. I offer a clean smock and/or robe for you to change into.

The time you reserve at Fabella is YOU time, so please come alone. This includes the “itty bittys.” Especially because the studio has hot steam, glass tools, electrical modalities, etc., please find childcare.

Your safety and peace of mind is very important to me. Here are just a few of my sanitation protocols I have in place:
Thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces and tools with hospital-grade disinfectant between each client.
Mask is worn at the request of client.
Door is opened between appts to air out studio, a min of 30 minutes between appts.

A credit/debit card is necessary to reserve your appt, and will not be charged until end of service. At that time, you may choose to pay for your service with the card on file, another form of payment or gift certificate.
All major forms of payment are safely & securely accepted (All major credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay, Venmo). Cash is accepted, but be advised I do not carry change.
Please be aware that the card on file used to reserve your appt will be charged a flat $55 fee for any appt cancelled and not rescheduled within 24 hours of service. Please see my reschedule/cancellation policy above for details.

One facial is a treat…routine visits are a must for healthy, vibrant skin! For optimal treatment results, book your appts every 4 - 6 weeks. In between visits, you are welcome to connect with me about any concerns or questions regarding your daily at-home facial skin care products & habits.
