    If you cannot find a date/time that works for you, you are welcome to join my Waitlist & I’ll connect with you.

  • After you book, you will receive a link to a digital consultation form.

    This required, confidential New Client Intake Form is where you share about allergies, skincare routine, etc. It is also the Consent to Treat & Liability Waiver.

  • Before your appt, I will text you helpful info about location, parking, etc.
